Odiyan volunteers preserve the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and create the first Buddhist retreat center in America built as a three-dimensional mandala. Volunteer positions include all aspects construction work as well as organic gardening and landscaping opportunities, sewing prayer flags, and sacred text preservation. We are seeking people with a wholesome lifestyle, who have high energy, positive intentions, and a willingness to work hard.
